Neighbor is doing number 2 and number 1 by our fence
We are a first time homeowners and we recently installed cameras around our house just because we are uncertain of our location and even with our current location, we have them just in case. But with our new home, the neighbor is such a friendly old man and he live with his friend. Upon putting cameras up, we noticed that there’s a movement that triggers our side camera that shows that there’s someone who always there around a specific time. Come to find out, our neighbor has been pooping very close to our fence. The lot next to our new home is empty and probably a soon to be a house that will be build next to us. So far, he has done it almost daily in the past 5 days. He also piss outside on his front yard which we can see as our camera in the driveway shows that he does it which is very uncomfortable and also very difficult for us to confront him as we do not want to be dealing with retaliation. We are friendly couple and we would love to be involved in our new neighborhood but we are afraid to say something and we don’t know what to do. What would you guys do in my situation? Asking for advice.
