Why on earth would they start the book with an introduction that contains spoilers to the ending? Like I’m pretty upset. I picked up the Hemingway Library Edition and it speaks on the alternate endings to the novel in the third introduction (yes third. It’s ridiculous). In this section, it gives blatant spoilers to the novels actual ending. There should be some kind of spoiler warning Asterix. I’m seething. Does anyone else share my pain?
