My case is now in its 14th month. I have uploaded evidence and statements to the portal since my case went to investigation. Gradually, over the months, I've been adding things relevant to my case for the investigator and to preserve evidence as well. I have legal representation, so I'm all set there, and I do ensure I keep them in the loop. However, there are things I still haven't uploaded yet that are absolutely devastating to my employer if/when this moves to the next stage. They have already sent their PS, but as of yet, I've not been asked for a rebuttal. My hope is that we can get to conciliation and be settled by the end of the year. Is it more prudent to keep my 2 best and most devastating pieces of evidence out of the portal until the next phase?

Thank you all in advance for any input fron your experiences.

Looking for those who've been through conciliation and how it played out. Please, no actual numbers that would jeopardize your NDA, just the process and flow from opening Demand to walk away number. Using X<--- to replace amounts. How many rounds til you got to your walk away amount. Or if Conciliation failed, what happened after you filed your RTS?

Thanks all in advance!!!!
