My objective is to get a 4 season sunroom - something that looks nice. I want just construct a screen porch now with just concrete floors and unfinished interior. I can later thru diy add stuff incrementally-like flooring, finish walls, change screens to glass windows and doors.

Is this feasible?

How should i build a screen room now (with contractor help) that is later easily upgraded thru diy?
