Hello my follow Chiari warriors! Following my decompression surgery in November '25 my occipital neuralgia pain has not improved, its gotten worse. I am so sick of going to doctor appointments, pain clinics and taking medication. I am thinking of going ahead with Occipital Nerve Decompression. Anyone with Chiari taken this route? The Occipital Neuralgia Reddit forum is great for info but would like the point of view from someone with Chiari. Thanks all x
