I know eggs are one of the easiest things to cook, but what are your go-to techniques or tricks that take them from just eggs to dang these are actually really good?
Scrambled, fried, poached, boiled, steamed. Anything.
For me, a couple of things that level them up: Adding a splash of heavy cream and an extra yolk to scrambled eggs, and A small pinch of MSG if I’m making eggs for breakfast burritos.
