Thin walls in a terraced cottage Wales.
I’ve recently purchased a property that unfortunately has a few issues. (Even though fully renovated)
One of the most annoying issues is how thin the walls are. So this is early 1900s terraced cottage, two knocked into one infact so a nice size.
I’ve noticed after settling in when I’m in the bath I can literally hear my neighbours phone conversation when she’s in the bedroom! I couldn’t quite believe it. Luckily they are older and quite quiet in general. Also when they put their tumble dryer on which is up against the wall in my downstairs bathroom it honestly feels like a train is driving through.
Has anyone experienced similar and what did you do ? 🙂
