We’re trying to hire a hands-on GCP engineer with experience in:

• GKE
• Terraform
• VPC/networking
• Cloud SQL/IAM

The challenge is finding candidates who are truly hands-on in production environments rather than cert-only profiles as of federal full time with CBP/DHS

Are most good GCP engineers still coming from AWS/Azure backgrounds and transitioning into GCP? Curious what others are seeing in the market.
