I'm trying to build a small automation service based business in my country as most of the people here still havent hopped on to the trend so there's possible opportunities if I start early.
There are a lot of f-commerce busines running in my country and my goal is to provide them with simple automations. To provide very basic idea about what I'm trying to do.
When someone comments "price" on a post → bot sends them a DM with product info
Bot then asks if they want to order (Yes/No/Later buttons)
If Yes → bot collects Name, Address, Phone Number → then sends payment details
Paymemt will be manually verified by the business owner
If No/Later → bot sends a follow-up reminder after a few hours
The tool that I ended up choosing for this is send pulse
I was suggested manychat too but there were quite a few refund/subscription issues to neglect. And as someone trying to establish a new business even 1 incident like this will cause my doom.
The problem is I'm very new to these. And I cant find any proper guides on how to build the flows I want on this platform.
What I want to know is whether building the flows are the same across various platforms. If so I could learn how to build the flow on platforms that are have tutorials available online and apply that knowledge to send pulse.
