Can barely bend my wrist

What you guys suggest for wrist flexibility aswel as finger flexibility I noticed on dips and push ups my wrist just die the hurt especially on push ups where I try to keep my hands flat that one is the worst or when I try hand stands any tips or such to improve these areas
