I noticed my iPhone 17 Pro Max (US version, eSIM-only, made in India) feels noticeably heavier than my mom’s iPhone 17 Pro Max (UAE version, also eSIM-only, made in China)

They’re the exact same model/storage and both are eSIM, so I’m confused why mine feels heavier in hand.
I know screen protectors/cases can add a tiny bit of weight, but even without those it still feels different.

Does Apple use different internal components, batteries, or manufacturing processes between India-made and China-made units? Or could it just be weight distribution making one feel heavier?

Has anyone else compared US vs UAE/China-made 17 Pro Max models?
