Why aren't these winning hands? (Riichi Mahjong)
Playing Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and can't for the life of me understand why these aren't winning with Tsumo?
I thought it's because of furiten at first, but as I understand it, furiten only prevents Ron and not Tsumo right?
