I purchased a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 for 12.5k, including delivery.

Initial impressions:

The chair is literally the most comfortable office chair I've ever sat on. The way it hugs your back is really good; it's really hard to accidentally sit like a banana in this chair. Also, the lumbar support is the best; you can even control its firmness and height. One thing I noticed was that the chair sinks a little when I sit. I'm not sure if that's normal, but even if it's not, it's no problem for me considering how little I paid for this.
