I have an Adsl router it took me 8 months to get it and activate the line due to the stupid company i paid for 20 mb . It was slow but bearable, but recently, i think they started applying fibre to our neighbour, and now the adsl literally don't work anymore it's so slow. Even a 144p Youtube won't start .

I just want to know if this is a common problem with this or if should i go to their office and see what the problem.
