So im 14 uncut my foreskin is like really tight when i try to pull it back at all soft or hard the furthest I've ever got it pulled back was to just see the pee hole is this like phimoses or something I want any advice on how to make the foreskin looser or able to pull back
So im 14 uncut I have never been able to pull my foreskin back at all soft or hard the furthest I've ever got it pulled back was to just see the pee hole is this like phimoses or something I've got a longer foreskin and like I just wanted to be able to pull the foreskin back to clean myself properly bc like smegma builds up under the foreskin any advice on how to make the foreskin looser or able to pull back
