Need help on pose copying and pasting

I want to copy the pose from the first frame (1st img), and paste it in frame 10 (2nd img) but blender pasted the exact location and rotation of the pose from the 1st frame which turned out wrong

How can I paste the pose relatively to the character and not the world? Thanks.
