Does anyone know of senior care/assistance in Cochabamba? Even just part time adult care.

My mother in law who has some health issues lives with my brother in law and longtime girlfriend. The girlfriend was recently diagnosed with cancer and is going thru treatment and he needs to be able to take her but can't leave mom alone too long.
