Would like some help or advice on what I should do next started doing a lot of cardio and got into a calorie deficit January 5 started at 223 pounds as you can see in the last picture it is now May 7 and I weigh 183. It was just a lot of cardio and calorie deficit how much weight should I drop or I can start seeing my love handles disappear, only recently have I started upping my protein to around 150 g a day and strength training with dumbbells
