Hi all,

I've just ordered a set of DB Carbone Plus pans in the mail. I got them specifically because (i thought) they have a tolence to high oven heat... turns out that is limited.

I was wondering if anyone here has ever burnt or removed the handle coating on a DB carbone plus/ Mineral B etc. What material is underneath? Can it be done? If so, I'd love if someone shared instructions and a photo! I want to get my pans completely fire/oven proof and give it that nice patina it deserves.
