Am I the only one to struggle going/staying in zone 2? I mean, my leg burns and it’s hard from a muscular point of view. I did this this morning on a bike with a 3 resistance…
I always heard of people saying that zone 2 is « chill » 👀 (I know it’s not really chill if you do it properly but still)
Am I missing something?
If it helps:
- I’m 38
- not a heavy barbel mover but better a gymnastic and cardio (I have a 3 min Fran and a 352 back squat to give you an idea)
