hi all,

2 of my phals have got brown soft scale nymphs crawling all over the roots. been using isopropyl but i want to get a systemic insecticide because i feel that will be most effective. does anyone have any recommendations/advice? i know some insecticides aren’t available to home growers so i’m looking for something that i could get at the hardware store or online. i live in colorado if that’s relevant and my orchids are indoors. thanks!

also wondering:
should i unpot or repot them?
one of them is blooming, should i cut the spike down?
effective but safe concentrations and treatment timing?
