I’m talking about automatic thoughts - the feeling that a certain model, actress, or a new acquaintance looks better in the moment. Sometimes it's due to the 'novelty factor,' and sometimes it’s a conscious thought. I’m strictly referring to the physical aspect, not the emotional side.
