I’m currently looking at a Honda Pilot and trying to decide between buying new or used. The price difference is pretty small, which is making the decision harder.
For example, I found a used 2025 Pilot EX-L FWD with about 12,000 miles priced at $40,000. But a brand-new one seems to be going for around $45k–$46k.
At that point, I’m wondering if it makes more sense to just spend a little extra and go new, or if the used one is still the better deal.
For those who’ve been in a similar situation, what did you end up choosing and why? Any advice or things I should consider before deciding?
