100 Mile Advice
Need to pick a race on one of these courses:
Course 1: On a farm, mostly grass or dirt. Good: Terrain is easy on the legs. Bad: Very little flat. It's just easy rolling hills, nothing significant. But 100 miles of those rolling hills adds up.
Course 2: In a park on pavement. Good: Flat as a pancake so it's fast. Bad: It's completely paved.
I've heard both... "Flat is easier" and "pavement/repetition will wear you down faster"... So which is it? Thoughts?
