Had my second adjustment today. My last cleaning was almost 3 months ago. My orthodontist is having a difficult time opening the doors on my self ligating braces. He first asked if I'm brushing, which I do religiously 2-3 times a day. Then told me my saliva is like steel. He broke some brackets today trying to open them. I'm using all the tools on a daily basis to try to keep these things as clean as possible. Getting cleanings every 3 months now. I don't know what to do. Very embarrassing.
