Im going to the oilfield here soon, im planning on saving enough money for a real nice truck (cash probably) and a nice gooseneck trailer, and i will get my CDL while in the oilfield.

I want to work for myself and make my own schedule, plus make a lot of money. Would this be wise for me to do?
I do have a reckless driving charge and one speeding ticket, does this disqualify me immediately?
Granted the reckless driving charge really was a bs charge I just didnt have enough money or time to fight it.

19m looking to buy an rv, i already have my eye on a 29ft gooseneck, im planning on going to the oil field and staying in an rv. I have a lot of fallbacks and crutches so im not too worried I just want to do it right.

looking at a 1989 alpenlite dl, its pretty nice, $2400. I figure ill get my water from truck stops and run my fridge off of propane, and electricity off of a gasoline generator. Any basic tips or anything helpful will be greatly appreciated ive never lived in an rv, but ill be making about $8000 a month or so out there and living on site, no lot fees, only storage fees.

Not sure what im looking to accomplish with this post but anything helps, thanks guys.
