So my headphones fell off my head while I was working out and now the bass slider won’t work and the bass is so overpowering that every time I listen to anything it earrapes and when I turn audio off I just hear this rhythmic sound from my headphones is there any way to fix this normally? It was a Christmas present so I don’t know if warranty claims will actually fix it without talking to my mother about it.
