Hi! I launched a small food business 3 months ago and sales is really good until the rise in delivery fees. It turns off customers and the number of cancellations became rampant because riders say that the gas expense is not enough vs what they'll get from the platform.

I have also seen a demand for GrabFood access and being on the platform will help a lot. Here are my questions:

-What hidden charges should I look out for in GrabFood? My markup plan is 30%

-How will GrabFood refunds (quality issues, etc) and cancellations affect me?

-What are the REAL requirements and how long will the process take?

-Is there any lock-in period with GrabFood?

-Can I control the prep time and what happens if I take longer?
