This keeps happening to me almost every single day where most (sometimes all) players and avatars pop up as error robots, and most avatar icons, world icons, stickers, and emojis all appear as no image found.

What I've tried to do to fix it that has not worked:
Restarted Vrchat
Restarted my computer
Logged out/into vrchat
Uninstalled/Reinstalled Vrchat
Removed vrchat from my account/reinstalled

Cleared cache
Cleared all local data in vrchat
