They tried to fix one thing but broke two others. They reinstalled the firmware on a communications module because the phone button on the steering wheel was only working half the time. In the process, they somehow managed to change the speed warning chime to the one used in the Cayenne, and now Android Auto isn't working at all. Since wireless Android Auto requires the car's Wi-Fi hotspot to function, the connection fails because the hotspot has stopped working. We have tried connecting with multiple phones, but nothing works.

Any tips before we take the car back to service for what feels like the 10th time?
