Been out for the afternoon; lovely weather. Set up at 25 yards and zeroed in. Using BSA Goldstar .22 pellets with a BSA GRT.....
.... Target shows 13 pellets (my lucky number) at 25 yards... bit of a spread but I'll keep practicing.
Bagged a lucky piebald Red deer. Was shooting at something else when she came up behind me; didn't have time to swap out gun, just pulled the trigger ..... 🤷🏻♂️
Just started Bow hunting and didn't realise just how deadly these 600gr arrows are. 9 out of 10 go straight through and not sideways but length ways.
Got these two, moose and bear, one after the other. Just need the arrow retrieve perk to get them back... 😅👍🏻
