Does anybody know what causes these noises and vibrations?

I changed the brake pads and cleaned the discs and I was just breaking the new ones in. I also tried to sync the calipers as the old brake pads were unevenly worn.

The fork vibrates quite a lot and when I go downhill (which I do a lot), I am afraid the vibrations might be harmful for the bike.
