I remember seeing this kids cartoon on YouTube in the same art style as Horrid Henry or Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Children where some kids tell the tale of an evil dentist/barber (probably dentist) that steals your tounge while you sleep and one scene showed his jar of tounges while his face was on the side, with a large grin taking up two-thirds of his face. I don't remember plot details, just that scene of his jar of tounges being horrifying to young me. (5-7) Though think I might be misremembering it as a barber because of how I was scared of them as a kid.
