I just feel like there's absolutely no definition and it's too late to do anything about it. Should I ask for a revision? Is that possible?

I had surgery two years ago with Dr Cameron Raine and I feel like my nipples look weird and not male, they just look like lumps of flesh instead of a male tiny nipple and areola, it's just all one thing. He just said my scars are still fading since they're flat and breaking but it could take years. I had DD+ but it's frustrating seeing other men with quick fading scars and scars that are invisible. I really want myself to look as unnoticeable as possible and just feel like it's never going to happen because I've got fruit pastels for nipples and forever pink scars
