As the title suggests, I've just recently done a second VS which I didn't convert again (having graduated last year). This has really got to me especially being so close on both times and having applied for 3 years straight.

If anyone has had any similar experiences or can offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated if you could PM me and I can offer more specific details.

Anything would go a really long way right now...
