I have a very happy cute 4 month old Maltese she is our world!! I just noticed I am missing an ear butterfly shaped backing. Can't find it 😭. I am scared she may have swallowed it. She is her happy mischievous self, eating , drinking and toilet as usual. Should I be concerned?

If she did swallow it, it would be more than 14 hrs ago because she sleeps upstairs with us at night.
