Hello, sorry for bad english.

I 20F have a small painfull lump in my inner vagina. I know I should go to the gynecologist but im so scared and embarassed. I have never been taugh anything about How to take care of my private area so it probably looks disgusting.

I live alone, and in a country where i dont speak very well the language.

I dont know what to do, where to go, who to ask. Any recomendation? Or words of encouragment. Im so scared it becomes worse and i wont be able to afford it.
