Can I use raw cubed (about 1 inch pieces) chicken breast in this recipe instead of pork?
It's the BBQ Pulled Pork recipe in The All New Ball Book of Canning and Preserving on page 301. It calls for a boneless pork shoulder roast cut into large chunks.
