I was wondering if anyone has been able to exchange their tickets purchased from Broadway Direct. I found some better seats for the show I'm seeing after I already purchased my tickets so wanted to change my seats. I emailed Broadway Direct, but am waiting to hear back so was curious if anyone has tried this before.
