In one of the last episodes Darth Vader killed Rook Kast, dragging her into the mist so that we can't see it, then a crunch sound is heard.

I've seen people speculating that he ripped out her lungs. I'm not sure I believe this so is there any canon confirmation of how he killed her? What does everyone else think?
