Bio:
Despite gaining her father's powers, she ended up with the looks of her late mother, Felicity. Shakira would grow up and be raised by her now retired father, Benjamin Phree.
When her father (along with other supers) would be kidnapped and taken to a secret location by The Mastermind, Shakira would risk her life alongside other superpowered teenagers. This would get her a spot on the Elemen-Teens and later a full fledged member of the NEW Elementals.
Shakira is a peppy girl who absolutely loves her wooly hair and despises when it gets dirty or wet.
Powers and Abilities:
Her powers allow her to manipulate, generate, absorb, sense electrical signals and even shape electricity through her body.
Especially through her wooly hair, which can grow larger with more electricity, be used as projectiles when yanked off her head and even forcing it to grow manually.
But if she is doused with large amounts of water, she'll short out unable to use her electricity and making her hair too soggy and heavy to use. It also take her a lot of time to generate electricity manually.
