So I saw a tiktok but I forgot to save it 💔 but I remember the context and I wanna know what group they were talking abt

It's a newly debuted girl group backstage and they have a youngish looking man (can never tell with Koreans tho😭) motivating them to do their best during their performance. The comments were saying the man had been at SM entertainment and was well known as a good singer himself but idk what he was in relation to the girls (manager/director?)

I thought it was baby don't cry/close your eyes but I can't find a single relation of SM with them? Help?
