I'm kinda confused about if I have post-exertional malaise because I feel like it kind of starts during the activity? It still impacts me after the activity, like I feel so much more fatigued for a day to an entire week depending on what the activity is. A birthday party took me out for like a week when the only physical activity I participated in was the piñata, so I'm also pretty sure it's small activities. Walking relatively short distances will do it too. I had to evacuate my school today (it ended up being okay, just threats) and I needed to go home afterwards because my dizziness, muscle pains, etc. is a lot worse. I slept for a little while and don't feel better. Anyway, sorry about rambling. I think it sounds like PEM but oftentimes worsened symptoms start during the activity. Does that mean it can't be PEM or does it matter? I'm going to the doctor about it soon so I want to know.
