Lawn care for busy schedule

Between work and everything else lately, the yard has kinda gotten away from us. Mostly just trying to find something reliable for mowing and basic cleanup without having to constantly follow up every week.

non technical founder here. over the last few months i’ve tried building a couple of small mvp ideas. every time it starts off simple and i feel like im making progress, but once i add a few features things start getting messy pretty quickly. like something small breaks in one place and then it affects something else. i fix that and then another issue shows up somewhere else. at some point it feels like im just going in circles instead of actually building anything useful. after going through this more than once im starting to think maybe the problem isn’t just me or the tools im using. maybe im just jumping into building too early without really thinking through how everything should connect.

curious if others ran into this. do you usually plan things out properly before building or just figure it out as you go
