انا اتزوجت في السعودية بتأشيرة زيارة (بلدي الأم السودان في حالة حرب). تم الزواج في قنصلية السودان في جدة، وأقيم حاليًا في كندا وأرغب في إحضار زوجتي إلى هنا. اكتشفت أن السلطات الكندية لا تعترف بشهادات الزواج الصادرة من القنصليات، وأن شهادة الزواج يجب أن تُصدر من السلطات السعودية.، الان بحاول لي إنه بإمكاني إصدار (توكيل) لشخص في السعودية لإصدار (توثيق زواج سابق) باستخدام تطبيق ناجز.

هل يمكن لأحد أن يؤكد لي شكل الوثيقة التي سأحصل عليها والخطوات، أو حتى إن كان ذلك ممكنًا؟

I got married last year in Saudi while in visit visa (home country at war). I got married at my home country consulate in Jeddah, I currently live in Canada and trying to sponsor my wife. I have only known that ircc doesn’t recognise marriage certificates from consulates and the marriage certificate should be issued from Saudi Arabia authorities. Now i am in panic mode.

I am trying to apply for gcms for my spouse sponsorship application. Under “which program would like to request from?” , the opnly spouse related option is “Family class, spouse or common law in Canada Class”, there is no outland related option. Which option to choose?
