Hey everyone
I got a couple leads in north carolina but i see the laws doesn’t really allow wholesaling in the state, you need a license for it, and i dont have one. Anyone got any advice on what i should do. should i forget about north carolina entirely or is there a work around for this. im pretty new to this and want to make sure im doing everything legally and be able to give my buyer the best deal possible
