My school took away AP calculus because students would pass the class and bomb the AP test year after year, and after the gpa boost went away, no one wanted to take it anymore. My boyfriend and I are omega nerds so we took it anyway and asked to learn the AP material, since we were the only two students in the class, and our teacher agreed. We took the AP class undercover as a normal high school calc class with the ambition to pass the exam so our principal would reconsider taking away AP calc if one year had a 100% pass rate.
Exam starts in 1 hour. Wish us luck!
