Thoughts on niche perfumes? Worth it in terms of quality?

Hello,

I have 2 Dyptique perfumes and one Celine perfume. Dyptique is probably a lower tier of niche perfumes but it's still up there IMO. I really find more expensive perfumes to smell more luxurious. The smell is less artificial if that makes sense. I'm considering a Byredo fragrance at some point down the line.

Is paying the premium worth it? Do we really get better quality? Or are we just paying for brand name?

C63 performance versus E53. Why would Mercedes make such a choice?

Hi! I'm hoping I'm gonna make my point clear as English isn't my first language.

So, checking out the Mercedes website I realized that the C class which is obviously a lower range than the E class has the top of the line engine! It's surprising to me that they didn't choose that engine for the E class. Any idea what could explain that choice?

Bonjour,

En regardant les poêles en acier de marques comme De Buyer et Cristel, j'ai remarqué que les manches sont presque toujours en acier et ont l'air très inconfortables. Je viens de recevoir ma poêle à crêpes De Buyer et à moins de retourner les crêpes en tenant le manche à deux mains, ça a l'air mission impossible.

Il y a t'il une raison particulière à cela?
