I never understood how people could not update for months or so (more like I feel like that wasn’t allowed even though I know it's perfectly fine and normal) and then I got stuck with my first multichapter longfic. I had other fics and got into gaming so I didn’t have time for this even when I really loved it and wanted to end things.
Well, a few days ago I did it! I wrote like a maniac for couple of days because I got sudden idea and I had the ending sort of planned in my head already, it only needed to be written down. And I'm so happy it turned out really well and I was surprised to find out people who had stuck with this fic, came back and commented on the last chapter. Really heartwarming experience.
So basically this is for everyone who might struggle with the fear or never getting their fic done, don’t lose hope! Sometimes the inspiration strikes when you less expect it!
