r/pizza ooni wood fire with pepperoni under the cheese.
There is a pizza shop in my community that exclusively puts the pepperoni under the cheese. You wouldn't think it would be good, but it's actually quite unique, and it's my favorite pizza place in town. I tried it here myself. It wasn't as even as theirs. Will have to try it again.
